Here's a list of extensions I install on basically every web browser by default. I want my web-browsing experience to be as unintrusive as possible and this gets me most of the way there.
I did use LibRedirect for a while, it's an addon that redirects mainstream websites to alternative, privacy-focused frontends, however my experience using these frontends has often ended up with them not working, also you can't access your account when using them so unless you don't plan on signing in it's somewhat pointless.
The rest are quality-of-life changes for YouTube
Another extension I don't use but am considering (and one I'd probably recommend anyway) is DeArrow, it's made by the same developer who made SponsorBlock. It changes video titles so they're more accurate. It can also remove all thumbnails and replace them with a frame from their respective video. I only don't use it since I'm fine without it and I do still sometimes make videos so seeing the thumbnails can be important.
